Bruce Baxter
Bruce Baxter’s career in emergency services spans 38 years in frontier, rural, suburban and urban EMS environments as a volunteer and career clinician (EMT and Paramedic); educator and leader.
Throughout his career Bruce has brought vision, innovative approaches and high impact educational programming to help EMS providers and their organizations achieve new levels of clinical, operational and financial success. He has designed, implemented and consulted for a number of EMS systems across the country.
Bruce currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of New Britain Emergency Medical Services, Inc.

David Koscuk
David’s career in emergency services spans 16 years. David’s background includes 911 Telecommunications, Fire Service and both rural and urban EMS. David is a licensed Paramedic and EMS-Instructor. David serves on numerous regional and statewide EMS committees and co-chairs the Region 3 ESF-8 EMS Section. David has been with New Britain EMS for 8 years working as a Paramedic, Shift Lieutenant and Captain.
David currently serves as the Captain of Support Services of New Britain Emergency Medical Services, Inc. In this role David manages Education, Outreach, Quality, Special Operations and Emergency Management activities.

Rob Luckritz
Rob has been involved in EMS for over 12 years as a clinician, educator, and administrator. He holds a Bachelors Degree in EMS Management and a Juris Doctor Degree. Rob is a certified Paramedic and EMS Instructor in both Connecticut and Massachusetts. He is also a certified Instructor/Trainer in both ACLS and PALS. He currently serves as a member of the Regional EMS Education Standards Committee for North Central CT and is an Adjunct Professor of EMS Management at Springfield College
Rob currently serves as the Clinical Quality Coordinator of New Britain EMS, Inc. In this role Rob manages Clinical Affairs, Staff Development and Simulation, Orientation and Credentialing.
